I am having the same problem.

Since the update, I have been unable to get into any kind of battle. On advice I have uninstalled and reinstalled my client, have cleaned all cache, and anything that could be done on my part. still there are no changes. If it is not an event I can attack one on one. When I try to enter any event on plateau, I click on opposite team and the confirm sign comes up. If I click on BGoit I get a blue screen and nothing happens. The other button of course is cancel.
