how do we get asistance with game problems ? mine keeps freezing up on me right in the middle of battles and the conection quality has gone down to red after the i logged out last night. i had just a few problems with it freezing before then but now it's gotten worse and i have enough memory and processor speed and more than enough hard drive to run it. i'm using a dell studio computer with over 400g hd, core duo processers, 4g ram so i know it's not my computer.
