Lag Situation

Tonight, around 20.20 game became very laggy. I was hunting.. it was ok for around 10 minutes then mobs didn't load in fight, when I was fighting, took 5 - 10 sec to load hunt screen again and 5 - 10 sec more to load next fight... After an endurance pill and 50 min of I went to buy something from a shop, the actual screen was not loading for 3 min straight... I could see location on the right side and nothing else. I got screenshots, of course, but I can't upload them due to them being too large...

can we restore this lack of communication between admins and players?

I have some questions, some suggestions and some grievances. Since I'm back in game I have noticed a few patterns administration uses, events, fairs, battlefields stuff for weekend and so on... some are good some aren't. I could have lived without this unnecessary comment but let's just go further if you felt like being captain obvious. In the first two or three days I had no issue regarding the shop, I bought the certificates from main page everyday so I had no issue prior to last two days of event but let's say it's all my fault for not doing exactly what you pointed out, I was too lazy to exchange the certificates at each merchant... well, I came back to play after a long break and noticed that Urchi’s Magic Power 183 never moves up... I do the daily qsts (obtain wetsa - the bug -; talk to urchi while on a mount; you know, the qsts for bags) and I also tried doing one of the other 5 qsts urchi has daily .. gave him efrils and still did not move the count... any idea on what's wrong here?
