problems in Deleris House

19:01 Lapsens [7] has given Galmakhar's Helmet (broken) 1 pcs, Small Ing Rune Key 1 pcs to player Lapsens [7]

i kill it, but there say " The Singing Chamber is closed" why? what do in future?
i could not open the singing chamber

Same problem with Lingraonts, could not open the chess chamber but got the armour pcs so that chamber worked, would be nice if it could be fixed for next entry in a couple of days.
