radiant crystal

I used scroll of destruction on my red weapon: http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=131290529

and got this result:
00:07 You have disenchanted the Assassin's Battle Axe.

but no radiant crystal, why?

...yes this is a little bit strangely, i post my first post on 03.02.2012. 01:11 of real time, but i used scroll of destruction on my axe on 00:07 faeo-server time, it is1 hour behind my real time....date is same!

I dissagree with your statement CK, my scroll was removed after destruction and not get message for succesfull or not successfull disenchantemnet, and item was in excellent shape, so fix this and give me my crystal, and not to hide behind such unfounded statement, because that is the easiest way to you do not have to compensate my loss and refuse to give me what i earned....that is known sample in which doing you, so change you attitude and start to compensate loss of players caused by game itself, and on last fix that so you do not have to do that anymore!!!!

There is always a certain chance that a disenchantment is not successful. You must have missed the message.
