Cant see confirmation of Arena

I cant see confirmation from Arena, what's going on?

do you have additional system messages switched off? I have never known this to cause confirmation problems but its one possibility, also are you playing from gameclient or browser? If browser are you using IE or Chrome or Firefox. I do know that IE is not supported and messages often fail when using it so it is recommended not to try playing from IE.
