The derelict house is an instance provided by the game to purchase special items that will make the game a unique experience.

The derelict house is located in Village of Kingala, and inside is guarded by five evil characters that try to prevent you to take the resources that guard, also have at your service, skeletons, vampires evil and vile. The house is divided into rooms and to cross each must kill the monsters that come your way, these depending on your level will give you reputation points Shiko the Paladin (provided you are lvl 3 and have completed the quest opening the instance) as well to access it must get into the group, if only you're the only member, you can access 12 hours every 2 days.

Why is it important to enter this instance? for several reasons:

The first because it gives chess pieces that allow you to purchase different parts of blue armor (you can only change these spare parts ajedres by no higher armor at level 5) to acquire the chess pieces, you get to the boss that guards each runic key will allow you to open stores that contain these parts. Once you've killed the boss will drop one of runic key that must be used in the chamber Singing and give 1 to 16 pieces, it all depends on your luck; if you want to open the Silent Chamber, will give a green piece of armor.

The second reason is that you give up to 1500 points of reputation Hunters of undead (for this you must kill several times stronger head of the house).

  The third is that you can cut a malignant necrasphodel plant growing in some rooms and add extra points to your reputation and it will help you in some missions, it also gives battered chests and wonderful.

  The fourth is that it gives some achievements that allow you to get new emoticons.

  The fifth and final reason is that there are barrels that hide some surprises, and you can leave benefit (or not)

The sixth and last, because it's fun to go.
"Era guapa, no guapa de esas que tienes cerca y suspiras, sino guapa de aquellas otras, de aquellas que tienes lejos y te falta el aire"

Derelict House was once an ordinary residence building, but evil forces have seeped into it following the undead Lingraont.

It is an instance that is available to you every 2 days, 12 hrs opening time.

To start, one must be level 3 and also have started the Hunter of the Undead reputation initiation quest.

Once you enter, every door will be packed with guards for you to fight.

There are 5 bosses in the Derelict House:

Phantom Corpse ( lvl 3)
Revrat (lvl 3)
Galmakhar (lvl 4)
Zermerkh (lvl 4)
Lingraont (lvl 5)

People do the instance because of several reasons. One is to obtain Hunter of the undead reputation. Another reason is to get the achievements for killing bosses and also finding stashes. Another can be to obtain green armor that's reduced to 1/3 of it's durability (non tranfserable and only lvl 1-4) or chess pieces to obtain lvl 3-5 blue armor. Another reason is to obtain efril from galmakhar (break the helmet) or get 5 efril from lingraont (+1 if you break his crown).

The Derelict House, start for be one of the first instances of the game, start for the beggin for delivery blue armour, according to boss lvl, and with pass of time and with updates, the Derelict House, stay on the instance we actually have.

According with what was said before, DH (Derelict House), its one of the instances give Hunters of Undead Rep, give the max of 1500 Rep to players, its on instance that start on lvl 3, this rep go after be completed with Palaces of King Magish, for players with lvl 6 and higher.

I dont go copy/paste the info we adquire from open the instance description, in the instance section in backpack.

DH, its one instance provide the first players have one good experience and work in group, be able to cooperate and organize their time and backpack, its one amazing experience for the first players in game, and also give unexpected results when we first get your full set.

DH provide sets of Chess Pcs, like the name say are set completed for 16 pcs, according with the chess game, with them we can obtain one pc of blue armour, in exchange of the set we wish in Lumirya Waterfall in humans location.

On DH the players can also obtain few amounts of achivements, this achivements are obtain when the players reach some of the conditions, the max possible obtain for the DH instance are 275 achivements.

After this, lets make one small description how DH instance are divided, and get some info from the bosses;

When start DH players should in first open the map of instance, with this players can get one better way and knowledge of the resources go need for complet their mission of finish instance;

The DH have divided in diferent spots, locations with doors, bosses and dead-end (its the location where players can obtain Necrasphodel Flowers, each flower provide 10 rep for hunters of undead, in this location can also find one barrel inside can obtain bless or curse conform the luck of the player);

Each door are guard for some guards this guards are from lvl 3, and able to get join in fight some guards from hunt location, this can be hard from start, but conform players go alone or in group this first doors till the Phanton Corpse and the Revrat became more easy with time, and also when players start obtain their first mounts.

Garmakhar boss, provide helmet if player wish destroy give 1 efril, but also its a quest iten that players can use for finish the quest in shiko the paladin, in way for garmakhar the doors start be more dificult with monsters lvl 4, and with the option of vampires be able to join to fights, so advice the players go with some backup in case need for some emergency.

Zermerkh boss, strong boss he able to make hability that can poison the players.

After kill Zermerkh players for be able to continue their quest for reach lingraonts if activate the mechanism in revrat room, this mechanism was in right side in the wall, activating this, players can pass the door after slay zermerkh.

Lingraonts, the last boss in DH and the more strong, lingraonts have the hability to heal himself and call mobs for help him in fight, after kill lingraonts players can obtain his crown, lingraonts can drop 2 kinds of crown, blue can use for obtain efril, or for make quest in vassal tombs for obtain green helmet lvl 5, or purple crown, that help obtain blue helmet from quest (this happen before update not sure if continue to happen with new update of DH), if not players are able to obtain blue helmet from completed 2 sets of chess pcs from lingraonts room.

The derelict house is an instance for low to mid level characters. There is several reasons for doing this. The first is for Hunter's of the undead reputation. You can get up to 1500 total reputation. There is reputation for killing the monsters and the bosses. There are mobs in the rooms which may attack you at any time. There are also mobs at every door that you have to go through. There are 5 bosses in the instance which will drop a key which can either get green armor at one third strength or chess pieces and when you get a full set you can trade for a blue armor piece. To use the key in the bosses room there are two options. The singing chamber for the chess pieces. You get a random number of pieces from 1-16 (full set). The silent chamber will give the green armor.

First boss is the phantom corpse. This drops either Cuirass or Cuisses.
The second boss is the Revernt which drops weapons.
The third boss is the Galmakhar which drops vests and footware
The forth boss is Zermerkh which drops shoulders and gloves.
The last boss is Lingraonts who drops helmets.

There are also five stashes thought out the house which will give a minor bless or curse or other items.

There are necroflowers which can be picked and turned into Shinko to give you additional Hunters of undead rep. up to 1300.

Occasionally you will get a coffer from the mobs which you need a key to open. Often these have small pots or scrolls in them.

You can get different achievements from clearing the house out for a total of 275.

The house can be cleared witha group or sdo it solo with molunt and summones.

Also known as the D House or just DH.
You can get the key for the Derelict House by completing the quest on level 3 for Shiko the Paladin @ Royal Tomb or Tomb of Kings.

The Derelict House is @ Village of Kingala or Village Angriyar, and consists of five bosses, all of have 2 strong boxes located in their room. After defeating each boss you may be dropped the appropriate rune (key) to open 1 of the boxes.

Of the 2 boxes, 1 will be Silent chamber, and contain Green Armor @ 1/3 durablity, the other will be a Singing chamber and contain either 1, 2, 4, 8 or 16 Pcs of Chess. There are also some stashes, which may or may not contain loot such as Elixirs, Bubbly Metal, Ragtikron Leather, Efril, Rare Scrolls of Healing - or may contain curses or worthless items.

Here you can see which armour you can get with chess.

You need to form a party to enter the Derelict House of between 3 and 5 people. Not all the party actually needs to enter the House. You can re-enter as many times as you wish within a 12 hour period. After that, you can't get a new instance for 48 hours after creating the instance before (i.e. when you entered the House). Use /instinfo to check current time in an instance, or the time remainin till the instance is avaliable again.

Each door, with a few exceptions, in the Derelict House is guarded by door guards. This means that when you attempt to move into another room, you will get attacked by a group of four/five monsters. The door guards in the first few rooms are skeleton wraiths, at L3. However, they have over 200hp each. You can also get jumped during the transfer times at any place except the very first room, by regular mobs - resurrected skeletons (418 HP) in the first rooms, then vampires of differing levels later on. These mobs can also join the door guard fights, and do so, regularly.

Once killed, the door guards do not respawn. But if you go back through a room, you might still get jumped by the remaining mobs within the room.

While completing the instance you will increase your reputation with the Hunters of the Undead.
