CC's still broken after... what, 3-4 years?
Figure 1: a half-empty cave...
Figure 2: a bunch of humans that are deliberately blocked from joining it...
People complained about this bug YEARS ago. Reported it to technical support numerous times. And it's still not fixed.
Waited for over an hour in that queue, not a sign of a confirmation. That's a lot of dissapointed people that aren't going to go to CC's again, making the game ever more dead. A+

not broken. You just need to disband all groups as soon as you enter the instance to allow others to join. the people in the CC had group and didnt disband
The fact that the reason for this is well known just makes it worse.
That just means they're choosing not to fix it 
There should be some guide or a disclaimer when you just join a battlefield that you need to disband groups for others to get in
