Maybe, but it is not a topic here. It is up to administration to decide what should be on fair and what should not. Issue here is, that item was anonsed in news but is missing in fair.
This should be fixed.

dear -TheBest- you have to aknowledge that administration doesn't renew the news, they take the last one and post it again.

you can see it through wrong dates, items, informations, and much more...

It didn't surprise me as usual, but it corrects if there is an error.but usually if it is permanent,they can sell at special events.
so my advice to everyone can hold the certificates for now
