Wow, thats in fact a math task and the best/coolest so far because referring 100% to WOD 
Let me try, although i am not exactly sure if i undrstood starting scenery correct:
589 max life (including giant was drunk)
-35% Cerrador Beam >> -206 (well exactly is 206,15, i dont know if game rounds up or down?)

it works always, any even number.
