@magra can you elaborate please, and perhaps ask any one of your knowledgeful persons of faeo?
I thought it might be to make: http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=2345 or http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.php?artikul_id=2346 since you have red undead badge. I think maybe the quest to make those rings doesn't open up until you get to L11 though. Shiko the paladin would be the person to talk to about it.
But, if you've really had the ring for 9 years, then maybe that's not it.

Nah, its not that ring, atleast not the actual one, also you can get the necro rings as soon as you get the worship, doesnt really matter if you non-mage
