Secret of the Tavern Storeroom

So, i just got into the tavern and talked to Inebriate. Then I couldn't find anything I can do. So I looked to forum to find the answer. I saw that I need to buy 2 glasses of water and pour it. I did it but nothing happened and there is nothingh to talk with Inebriate. What to do now?

either it is the Yeti storage box quest, for which you'd bring a Chrome tanged bage (square of fire shop, in city with city rep)

or,
