game problems

how do we get asistance with game problems ? mine keeps freezing up on me right in the middle of battles and the conection quality has gone down to red after the i logged out last night. i had just a few problems with it freezing before then but now it's gotten worse and i have enough memory and processor speed and more than enough hard drive to run it. i'm using a dell studio computer with over 400g hd, core duo processers, 4g ram so i know it's not my computer.

since the last game update my internet has been giving me an error message when i try to sign on. i have tried to attach a screen dump but it will not allow.

This is not an issue connected to our client or our game. Instead it appears, your system has been infected by malware of unknown origin: Entering the first dll shown in your error message "tbZyn0.dll" google comes up with a malware description.

Small hint: If you ever encounter error messages like the ones you just got, google them.:drink:
