Under the lucky comet from Elendiyar the Keeper, Sanctuary

Hunt Gnolls, Maemoons, and Ghouls to obtain the following: Gnoll Sword, Maemoon Fang, and Ghoul Bone. Then bring these trophies to Blacksmith Assaf.
(Each trophy dropped from the 11th monster, meaning 33 mobs must be killed.)
Bring Blacksmith Assaf 500 Quicksilver, 1000 Wondrous Glass, and 1 Reflection Gem.
Temper the Amulet of Celestial Radiance and bring it to Elendiyar.

To temper, you need 1 Dathar. The tempering chance is 100%, so MOs are NOT needed.
Your goal: Defeat 20 monsters in the Djinn lands, excluding the Sanctuary, and return to Elendiyar.
AMULET WORKS IMMEDIATELY.

Find the steak by clicking on one of the location on the right in Paradise Corner, then go to Centurion Mekden in Free Meadow, there will be an option in location that will allow you to fight a lvl 2 dog, after two fight you can complete the quest
