Riding skill problem again

Maybe have misunderstanding i didnt mean that what i said related price to paying Arnica,,,
My problem is who have 3rd lvl riding skill before update it authomatically upgrated to 4th riding skill but mine still 3rd,,,,problem is here not to price which i paid..

why my riding skill 3rd yet?

pls solve this problem

Because your information on an automatic upgrade of the riding level for all players from level 3 to 4 in the course of the update is false. Therefore you will have to buy the 4th skill level just like everyone else.
