An Exam On Knowledge of Laws Reward Wording Problem

After you finish the Exam on Knowledge of Laws you get this
00:20 You have received Elder's Blessing Talisman 1 pcs, 50 experience, 2 Reputation of your city. Your combat characteristics have increased greatly temporarily .
But they didn't increase temporarily because I didn't use the Talisman... Not a very important error, but it misleads you to think that you get the Talisman and your "Combat Characteritics" increase right away too.
