Cannot Decline Quest

Guarding Valuable Freight [6]
A caravan with provisions and supplies has arrives at Fay-Go and the army of Chaos is preparing to attack and rob the caravan. The defenders of the outpost are looking for volunteers to repel the enemy attack and protect the precious freight.
Current goal: By killing GunglDo, repel 3 attacks on the caravan of provisions.

I am unable to decline this quest. please make it so we can decline this quest.
