since the last big update, this one file will not load up, the address is as accurate as I can get it, can you please advise as to a solution to this issue,

One other minor issue, a new clan recently formed "soul devourers" for some reason I cannot see their clan logo, all I see is a white square while using client, If i switch to browser I get a faint outline but it is unrecognisable...
It is only with this one logo that I have a problem, all others are working perfectly,
Am currently running Vista and use firefox so see no reason why these problems should occur
Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance
On the graphics issue: This seems due to a change in the coding that was introduced during the update. As now all of our pages are coded in UTF8 please be sure, you have an uptodate version of the client on your machine as well as the latest Internet Explorer.
On the clan issue: The clan was added twice one of which will be automatically deleted after one month.
