Belt Slots don't work sometimes!!

Hi,

I have 4 slots in my belt.. 1st 2 work fine all the time but last 2 have a glitch and sometimes do not work mid-fight..

I use client but even after I log-off and log on from internet explorer, the slots still dont work.

Admin can you please fix this problem?
