wave of lags

few minutes ago start wave of lags not only in game , but in forum too
i try 5 times to load forum and to make this msg . . .
clanies from cc teling too lagy too
could be lags making of interserver batles? i see now cc Current battlefields: 5 Magmars: 6 / Humans: 38
arena Number of players in the inter-server from your group level [9-10]
Magmars: 3 / Humans: 3 Current battlefields: 11
