please help! lost clan upgrade quest nearly done!

our clan is nearly complete on clan upgrade quest, only have dragon battle left. Locolobo exchanged leadership with me since he will be out of town 2 weeks on vacation. immediately we get the message that clan upgrade quest has been removed. this has been a big investment in time and labor to get this far. please restore us to the point just prior to dragon battle. nowhere in the documentation I have seen does it say that this quest gets taken away upon change of leadership!
