Problem with qwest "The sword of insanity"

I finished qwest & jeweler ask me choose reward. but he not show me stats of rings.
I choosed http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=138516806 for 10 diamonds.
But jeweler forgot say me that i cant use it.
can u help me & fix it? or change my ring for Bonecrusher set
