how to Obtaining Soygura's approval

i am doing the quest "Joining the Brotherhood of Virtue "

but Soygura do not give me her approval ,
She said :Well, I don't know, I just don't know. How can I vouch for someone whose soul is unknown to me and whose fine deeds I have not had the pleasure of witnessing? I'm afraid I simply can't help you at the moment.

what should i do ?

Do the following quests:

◦A Natural Vaccine Against Curses - to get permission from Flavviy the Wise
◦The Secret of the Stone of Revelations - to get permission from from Elder Verkiry
◦The Collar of Gidver's Dog - to get permission from from Warlord Gidver
◦Restoration of Vertsida's Statue - to get permission from Soygura the Craftswoman

And Merry Christmas
