That certainly is odd. Sorry to hear about this and sorry to say this but you will need to write into support. They will sort this out for you in a jiffy.

Hi Zemlyak.
Once your registration is completed, log back in to support and
click on the 'knowledgebase' tab
click on 'payment issues' (in the left hand side list)
scroll down and click on 'submit tickect'
In the window which opens put in as much information about this issue as you can think of, ie your link, BoE reps and when u should have seen this quest.
