How about a favorite admin lookalike contest. Players can take pictures of themselves or someone else dressed as thier favorite admin and put them up on a forum link or on facebook.
no photoshop allowed. must be a genuin pic of a person dressed like the admin.
and must include WoD tag on pic.
admins can then choose top few pics and have players vote on the best one.
winner can get a nice gift and maybe a great prize like a cerra.

This was just a quick idea, don't know how easy it will be to do in practice though; make a contest to see who can get the most refferals in a short period of time(say a week) and give the refferals a prize and the people who got them a prize as well. It might help to get a few more people into the game

Double Elimination Tournaement (PVP)

You have your level group 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8,9 ect compete in a tournament depending on number of players signed up. Top 3 players in each level class win a prize. on what admins choice
