Dream Fish Quest

I have found all the flies in the designated locations except for the ones in underground passage. There seems to not be anywhere on location to click in order to fight the flies. Please advise?

Also the quests text is half in english and half in cyrillic.

Someone answered to me that it is next to the pillar by butcher.

yes, its there in the kretch butcher room, a pillar on the right.side. So you need to open the instance.
