quest problem

1. Know the Face of the Enemy
Current goal: Among the manuscripts in the Old Library at Settlement of Chernag find the scroll that describes the demon order and take it to the old sorceress.

Can't find scroll in Old library

2.Lost Volumes
Go to the Library in Palaces of King Magish and find or obtain information about the location of the five mising volumes.

Can't find any book in Magish library.

Two times this morning (beetween 7 and 8 ... nothing in the logs), I sold items at exchanges and earned no money, only an error message (I don't remember the exact message). No money, but the items dissapeared from my bag. Impossible to play without earning gold.

. Didn't get the money for sold items, didn't get back the item that didn't sell.

Item lost: Bravado Helmet.
Money lost: 69s... That I know of, since I didn't pay attention to the amount the vey first time I got that error message .well:

. So, I *KNOW* for sure I didn't get 69s for this particular mail.

It's the same problem as mine. Same problem encountered in trading window (no money lost this time) . It seems money dissapears a short time, and transaction becomes impossible. Lost 2 g on the market this morning.

How can I get my money back which I lost from selling Butcher's Evil Eye in Auction earlier today?

I clicked on "remove and delete", because thats what I always do everytime I got a message from selling anything in auction.

access to game using client

My client will not allow me to see battles grapics so I cannot fight any battles and am getting the daylights beat out of my atmor. Several other problems like my goods are not showing in my BP, estate or clan treasury. A truly unbelievable mess.

Reported to support almost 2 weeks ago and still no reply :grrrr:

Thanks. However, I'm concerned about mails that players had deleted. Are we really going to lose those?

And then there's the 3 days opened mail expiration issue, this being the weekends and all. I don't know how much of a workaholics are you guys (Kudos and maximum respect and thanks if you are :thumbsup:
