It is just a chat bug You will not get the 30.... You got 40 +15% ='s the 46 total... I got the same thing...

I had a partially built lv 2 estate with some blue frozen biglotron parts in it and now I have lv 3 estate with nothing in it.
Also I put up an exchange for 10 chests, payed money for 10 chest and when exchange was delivered i got only 1.
I also have this problem, although i only had an exchange up for 3 bronze trunks, and only recieved 1

lost 2 bronze chests from mail
I bought 6 chests from auction and exchange yesterday ,there was 3 bronze chests from exchange and 2 of them stack ,the other 3 chests from auction,i just removed them as usual,and when i checked them in bag,i found that 2 chests disappeared,pls check!!!!!!!!

Bronze Chests purchased via exchange
I got the same problem with the chest, I put a request of buying 10 chest.. people sold me just 6. I cancelled and i recieve only one. And i lost the money for the other 5.I had a partially built lv 2 estate with some blue frozen biglotron parts in it and now I have lv 3 estate with nothing in it.
Also I put up an exchange for 10 chests, payed money for 10 chest and when exchange was delivered i got only 1.
I bought 6 chests from auction and exchange yesterday ,there was 3 bronze chests from exchange and 2 of them stack ,the other 3 chests from auction,i just removed them as usual,and when i checked them in bag,i found that 2 chests disappeared,pls check!!!!!!!!

After the time limit expired I received the following mailI bought 6 chests from auction and exchange yesterday ,there was 3 bronze chests from exchange and 2 of them stack ,the other 3 chests from auction,i just removed them as usual,and when i checked them in bag,i found that 2 chests disappeared,pls check!!!!!!!!

Look!I ve been sold 2 pcs chests ,but only one in it!!!! If i click "remove valuabales",i think the result is like what i did before,pls check,i dont wanna lost too.
