What are the main characteristics of each armour style from level 11? Which one would you prefer and why?

For all who do not know the game yet some simple rules:

Bonecrusher
  • High damage spells
  • Low mana reserves but spells uses less mana per cast
  • Spells have built in ability to cause critical damage
  • Very high resistance to heavyweight magic. Gains a secondary resist to dodger magic with blue lvl11+ armor piece
Dodger
  • High damage spells
  • High mana reserves but spells cost a lot of mana per cast
  • Spells have the ability to randomly poison opponents. Effect cannot be removed.
  • Very high resistance to bonecrusher magic. Gains a secondary resistance to heavyweight magic with blue lvl11+ armor pieces
Heavyweight
  • Low damage spells
  • Massive amounts of HP
  • High mana reserves with low cost spells
  • Spells have the ability to stun opponents randomly.
  • Very high resistance to dodger magic. Gains a secondary resistance to bonecrusher magic with blue lvl11+ armor pieces

Preference?
Heavyweight and dodgers use will rings or anger pots to simulate what a BC does naturally - crit. Hence my preference is bonecrusher simple because its the most practical mage armor. A large part of mage life consist of hunting. With its low mana reserve and spell cost this allows for cheaper hunts. At normal mana levels (no red armor) a bonecrusher mage can use the cheaper small imman for 70 copper until lvl13 to restore mana after each fight. Unlike HW you can expliot cheaper alternatives to restoring all your HP quickly and most importantly cheaply. These keep your hunting cost down and profit margins up. Bonecrusher also excels at PVP even with dodgers getting increased damage from their additional poisons. Mage valor is about damage and bonecrushers does that well even against dodgers. There is also the fact that bonecrushers dont resist other bonecrushers normally so fights amongst this set makes for very fast valor output. I also find it easier to solo most superbeings with bonecrusher since the best pot to use on those are Ashti which bonecrusher use the most effectively. So BC = faster valor, faster exp and faster profit. Which are all wanted attributes at mage.

What are the characteristics of each armour style from level 11?

There are 6 schools of magic, 3 for human and 3 for mags. And the style of the school is the main charasteristc, which can be Fire or Air for BoneCrushers, Shadow or Light for Dodgers and Earth or Water for Heavyweights.
The weapons from lvl11 gives +magic damage, and both weapons and armors give resist ,example bonecrusher resist heavyweight, Dodger resists bonecrusher schools magic. You can also get rings/amulets to wear that increase you resistance to all schools. i prefer Shadow school because primary spells cause extra "poisoning" that can't be removed with dispel. :sarcastic:
