10 slots at lv 10 is possible?

No idea about how is possible, but today, during an arena, i was doing the countdown of slots of an enemy.... and after the number 8 i though i was drunk, but after the number 10...... beh..... who knows.... but i counted 10 slots!!!!!

it happened to me too a few times back before i was a mage... I am convinced some people have 10 slots before mage status...and was with polish or german people in arenas or cc's... hence the games design doesn't allow it my only answer is corruption... but there's no surprise there... happened before and it won't end that easy
