You can find this item at the city shop for 1 Gold Advent Calender
The Calender has 31 uses with a day cooldown. Dont worry if you forgot to get it on the first day of december, as it gives you 35 days to use it

you cannot use the calendar after 31th december anymore, no matter if it has actions left... if you click you get the present from the day you *click the button... after 31th no more presents

It would make sense for it to get better as it is used more, to reward you for your dedication to this wonderful game should you log on every day. It already has in a way, since day 3 is clearly better than day 1, but I would guess that you need to wait until later before Father Christmas gets you your coal.
