Fan zone EURO 2016
Hello all 
To avoid spamming the betting threads I would like you to discuss all matters around the EURO 2016 in this thread.
Here you can share opinions about teams and players, give your expertises or just having a beer together.
If your team is winning, can honk your horns in here whilst riding through the roads of Faeo. Or if your team is loosing we will share our tissues with you to dry your tears.
In any case please just stick to forum rules and do not get rude or insulting towards eachother and please, a really big please do not turn this thread into another private battle between single players.

Some very very premature Group A and B predictions by super American Nooby!
Group A-
1. France- Anything less that a group win for France would be a pretty big disappointment for the team that many have pegged to win the whole tournament.
Lloris was a rock for Tottenham all season and a large reason why they were the only team who seemed to be able to catch Leicester later in the season.
Evra and Sagna in the back have plenty of experience while the mercurial Laurent Koscielny is a legitimate aerial threat on set pieces.
In the midfield, Dimitri Payet has established himself as one of the Premier League's best free kick specialists while Paul Pogba has been simply incredible for Juventus with his passing and energy.
While the forwards for the team aren't the greatest in the world (especially compared to some South American teams i.e. Argentina and Uruguay) Griezmann has been very good for Athletico this season in their Champion's League run and Giroud is (still!) Arsenal's only central striker. I think they will very dearly miss Benzema this tournament.
2-3. Switzerland, Romania- Personally, I think these teams are neck and neck and whoever wins in their matchup will likely advance as the second seed from the group. Romania seems stronger in the back with Pantilimon (formerly of Man City who filled in ably during Joe Hart's...blunders) and Chiriches (formerly of Tottenham) while Switzerland seems stronger in midfield, especially when Shaqiri is having an on game. Neither team's forwards seem too inspiring.
4. Albania- I honestly didn't recognize a single name on this roster, and although that doesn't necessarily mean that a team is bad, the Romanian national league that many of these players play in doesn't exactly strike me as major or full of great players.
Group B-
1. England- As much as England has become a running joke in the past several international tournaments for their poor performances, they easily have the most complete roster of the group.
Joe Hart is back in form for City and at his best, he's a world-class keeper but is also prone to mistakes that lead one to scratch his head. Pretty good though, considering England's keeper troubles for god knows how long.
Garry Cahill and Smalling in the back are good strong central defenders who can also come up and challenge on corners more than adequately.
Who lines up in the midfield is most likely going to be the determining factor on how England plays as a team. Do they put in more "solid guys" like Milner and Henderson, who are dependable but never really brilliant, the "facilitators" like the ever-injured Wilshere and Lallana who can run at you but are more known for their great passing, or the "attackers" like Sterling and Dele Alli?
Wayne Rooney and Sturridge finally have some dependable backups in man-of-the-season types Harry Kane and Jamie Vardy. Rooney is more a center forward than a striker but when on-form, he's one of the best in the world in that role, and how he links up in the attacking third with these three other strikers will dictate how many goals England scores.
2. Wales- possibly a bit of a shocker
Hennessey's average as a keeper on the international level but brings a long tenure of experience in the Premier League playing for Wolves and more recently Crystal Palace. Experienced, solid and unspectacular also describes their defense.
In a similar theme, Joe Ledley in the midfield is your prototypical tough Premier League midfielder, but they possess two very good passing individuals in Aaron Ramsey, one of the vital cogs in Arsenal's beautiful yet frustrating-to-watch system, and Joe Allen from Liverpool.
What this team REALLY depends on is Gareth Bale, the Real Madrid talisman not named Ronaldo. He's basically everything you want in a winger, able to get past defenders, kick some absolutely stunning free kicks, and strike in open play. How he plays is the bellwether for how Wales plays as a team.
3. Slovakia- Think of this as Wales, except slightly weaker everywhere on the field with the exception of Skrtel and Hamsik. Skrtel is great as a defender for Liverpool for a very long time and Hamsik is one of the most versatile and able midfielders in the world, but I do not think they can make up for the rest of the team that appears weaker than both England and Wales.
4. Russia- This isn't your late 2000s Pavlyuchenko/Arshavin Russia, despite what you see in the defense with players like goalkeeper stalward Akinfeev and ageless defenders Ignashevich and Berezutski (both of them). The midfield and attack seem uninspiring overall: longtime striker Kerzhakov is not on this team and in all honesty, an attack dependent on Alexander Kokorin is a really sad attack.
