People in game maybe think that neutral area is somewhere player cannot attack player of opposite race , but the game consider neutral area anywhere there is no magmar or odelvals guards , like plateu of silence , haunted place , fortress of captivity , underwater etc , but , in these places player can attack other player .
Fortunately in this world exist some places where player cannot attack opposite race player as mist island for high level (not anymore since they also add scroll of attack in mist island in this fair, good battle for all high lvl xD) and where sheara is .
Probably there r many places where people cannot attack other people , like in demonologue cave , after the fight was beginned , you have to participate into the demonologue fight and cannot attack random people , but that was a event and now is closed .
Sorry for my english skill , these are only my opinion , dont kill me if are not as you think :P :shuffle: :shuffle:
Don't be jelous of others, try to care about yours, only after that you will understand what you really have. P.S. Is very very very hard  but i will try my best :peace:

Neutral areas are areas where both races have to visit for quests and fighting mobs. Areas that are officially neutral include shearas location most of underwater world also it wasnt possible to attack in demontogist caves and in the stage 2 chaos invasion instance. Isles of swirling mist aso used to be officially neutral but it is now possible to attack with those new scrolls that have been introduced. Under unwritten rules on neutral locations include Haunted place, fortress of captivity, ships graveyard, ice world and insanity moor would be classed as neutral. Plateau of silence is also technically neutral but hardly any players class it as that and just fight each other there.

Neutral areas are considered areas which can be accessed by both races yet belong to neither one of them,if there are any NPCs there, that NPC will be shown gray in world map instead of blue or red. This means that the NPC is not only accesible one of the races but is accesible for both as well as the place. For Example: Haunted Place in Fay-Go is a neutral area because it doesn't actually belong to Magmars or Humans, both can come and go and talk to the NPC named Jordan there after reaching Level 5 and getting up to some point of the main storyline quests of their races.Another example is Plateau of Silence since it's not owned by either one of the races and the NPC there named Gizedor is accesible for both.

All other characteristics (like Neutral areas not consisting any guard wraiths/monsters in those areas) are within the ones I mentioned above (for example: Neutral areas do not belong to either one of the races, that's why there are no guard wraiths/monsters,however this doesn't mean that just because the area doesn't have any guard monster or wraith of one of the races,it is neutral).

Yes,there are such things named "Neutral areas" in game.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.

Neutral areas are aeas that do not belong to neither Khair or Ogry continents. Examples for such are:

Spectral Expanse - attacks can not be done there, but negative effects can be used.
Platoe of Silence and Insanity Moor - attacks and negative effects can be used. (Including Platoe of silence 500 years back, along with Ancient platoe or other event locations)
Islands of Eternal Frost - attacks and negative effects are possible.
Nothern Traveller, Kiyerite entrance, Haldebor enrtance, Wind Rose entrance and Eridian entrace - attacks not possible but negative effects can be used.
Abyss and Sky locations - attacks and negative effects can be done.
Isles of Swirling Mist - Unarius does not accept attacks there, exception is the use of Special Sroll, negative effects can be used all the times.
Underwater world - Flaundins are peaceful race and negative effects can not be used at all, all locations are safe from attacks, exception for attacks is the location Graveyard ship.
Black Gaar and Dark Khavr ships - attacks and negative effects can be done ONLY when returning from enemy land using the ships.
Bay of Silence - no attacks or negative effects.
Islands of Fay-Go (Haunted place and Fortress of Captivity) - negative effects and attacks can be done. Exception is the 3rd stage from Invasion of chaos event when attacks are disabled at Fortress of Caprivity, yet negative effects are still available.

'Neutral' stand for area that doesnt belong to either humans or magmars. So take care when you are at 'Neutral' area.
