error in start sets

Hello earlier this morning I ""purchased the first two start sets and did not received them as of yet when Iwent rtothe report error icon it was in a language I didn't understand. Can you help me in this matter.thanks :)

It's actually in the wrong section of the forums,I think you should post it in the bug report thread.
