new Bezel

Just a couple questions about the new bezel from the special shop:

1. What is the rate of stun/crit? Same as a battle skill elixir?

2. If you put on bezel is the item nontransferable?

1. The chances you will stun or crit are random. Same as they use to appear from other items with the same qualities.
2. No, items stay transferrable.
