Respond time for support

Hey does anyone know how long technical support takes to respond? Its been almost a week and im still in queue. From other people's experience did it always take this long for a reply?

Send a PM here on the forums to Helpdesk they answer a lot faster that support does...

up to 3 weeks they need or more. Why thay say o this Support i not understand it.
You need Screenshots chat logs and many many more and at the end they write Sorry we can not do this.
