Time covered while fight loading

Hey it's a small thing, but annoying :-)

While I'm waiting for fights to start, like Abyss/Chaotic the graphic of the crossed swords covers the top par of the screen so you can't see the time left until the battle starts. Anyone got this, can it be moved??

Can't attach the snapshot as I'm a noob lol
