Transferable Spark of the Heavenly Fires ?
i noticed since a while that Sparks can be requested over Exchange but nobody is able to fill it
Is this a bug ? Is that planned (maybe with an next update) to make sparks transferable ?
p.s saw on .ru that its possible to sale sparks

s (Banker offers and similar
sparks from paypaller offers are non transferable1. Trade Fair - available for gold and diamonds. Non-transferrable.
2. Available during the event Luck Glow. Non-transferrable.
3. Can be found in Precious Chests. Non-transferrable.
4. Admin actions (Banker offers and similar). Then it is transferrable.
And! I may be wrong but I think reward chests from dungeons gave transf sparks
