quick questions about what I can't find from update

Can someone help me please find the following things from update? I read the news with the update detail and I can't seem to locate the following:

- 3 one time deeds for the new mount. Where to we get to start these deeds?
- New daily quest eldives/kroffdors.

event tab/ Rewards for accomplishments tab

you will notice 3 extra bars added, the quests are already active and by killing mobs, winning BF's and opening chests these bars will fill up

or pay to win and get free 100 points on bars

So, they only added one new daily quest?

From news announcement: New daily quests for level 13-17 warriors

It clearly says quests, I've only been able to find one. Anyone else 13-15 find more?

From what i can tell from translated pages, the new quests are lvl dependant, lvl 13 certain quets, lvl 14-15 have access to others, and lvl 16/17 a different set again.
So a lvl 16 cant see the kroff/eldive quest at all,

But to add to it I have found 1 lvl 16 quest, but not the lvl 17 one.
