The first one is holding a vodoo doll with needles on it, i think.

The second one is holding an elixir, I think it's supposed to be a trauma healing one, but instead it's a clan war/fortress elixirs sort of.
It's better to be silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. What's even better is to weaponize your words to destroy anyone who dares challenge you.
