usually you dont buy stuff on the start of fairs?who waits until the end of it to buy something
There are items that you can renew only each 30 days, so buying them as late as possible renews them - buying them at the last hour possible allows you to be more safe in case next fair comes late to rebuy them.
Examples?
- Erifrarius/Striagorn buff
- Malicious extract

Manage 30 days buff with random infos about date and hour of start and end fair lead a lot of people to loose their bless. And especially the dragon bless since fair is the only way to get them.
But looks like you're the only one here to understand that
