chat conection problem

hello, i have problem whit chat connection, i keep gething this error and cant use chat
10:10 Connection with chat server not established yet anyone can help?

hello, you're not the only one…
We are all in the same case : no chat servor, load connection is slow and bad, …

We have to wait or find someone who know what happens
.
For myself the problem began yesterday evening I thought it was because I was in PL servor (temple) and came back to com servor
