Problem with belt in chaotic

Someone knows how I can do to solve this error in chaotic ... since I went up to lvl16, ONLY in chaotic, I can not use that belt gap, I put that magic is not available, you can not use the belt or any of the illusory gaps, when refreshing the page, the belt becomes gray and still does not leave the same ... I already took off and put the belts back on, I put the elixirs manually, other times I put them automatically with the customer option ... but nothing is still working :truce:
