missing pumpkin

hello i finished doing the daily quest for nightmare week and after i killed the 10 skellys i went to complete the quest and after completing it it said 01:09 Received: Wooden Pumpkin [b]5 pcs, Small Evil Pumpkin 1 pcs.but when i got in my bag i didnt see the small evil pumpkin anywhere please can u fix this [/b]

I cant finish ocultist quest , I have bring him the heart of superbeing but He give me the same quest again and again: kill a superbeing . Please help me. Thanx
