I think there is a bug with the quest misterious sickness.
I can't go on with the quest due to a problem i met.
I need to gather Creeping Algae, Wild Cat's Tooth, Honey Pollen.
I know i can get them by exchanging 5 luciousberry, 5 beef beetle, and 5 edible crayfish.
I already know there are no problems with tooth and pollen, but the Algae is the problem.
From what i found online you should get Algae by exchanging the edible crayfish to the fisherman npc but i don't get the quest window to obtain it either with or without the crayfish.
Someone can help me?

Yes, i already tried.
I see the quest windows for the splinter heal and the quest window for the green fisherman rod, but not the quest window related to the quest.
