Magic storm in Crystalline Caves

Dear folks,

can anyone explan the use of those rules for me?

Players at levels 9 to 20 can apply to take part in accordance with the following schedule:

12:00 - 13-00 – registration for 1st fight;
16:00 - 17-00 – registration for 2nd fight;
21:00 - 22-00 – registration for 3rd fight.

Its nearly impossible to let caves happen in general, since those rules apply
there was no cave in my level.

We normally asked people about online times, built groups,
waited, asked other people... well we organized... what should be a part of game to have group fun...

Now its just not happening event for event which is just sad for weekend fun... :sleep:
and...
its even bad for people who need quests perhaps... (like UK Quest Spirit Calling Rune f.e.) :cry:

Too many CC's happend all the time, even without event.
Which made it too easy to complete the Feats and the rewards were too good.
They had to restrict our access.........
