Fragments for chest

Hi! So I know if you get all 5 pcs you can get the chest in the cloister,,,,,I have framents #1, 2, 3 and 5. But 4 is not transferrable so it must be from a quest..... does anyone know how do i get this fourth fragment? THANKS!

check if you can buy it for 90s from this NPC in the tavern

if you can't - look if he have any quests for you
