Problem mygames activation

Once i try to activate my account from mygames.com with in my email and password about 10 years not changed.
Now my human level 14 character turning to level 1 magmar character.
i open support ticket but no answer and imnt sure about to turn back my account.
please give advise and help me .

It's all good, human L14 character = Magmar L1 character, so you all good.
