June spirit hidden place not highlighting

Took the quest at Bludiara to find the spirit...

At this time the spirit is in outskirts of klesva. I press on the tower and nothing, it does not even hightlight like other thing in location. What might be the problem? Any advice is appreciated
...I've got to kill to stay alive, no one will hide...

Yeah, was happening for a few people, but the next location (Settlement of Buimar) fixed the problem I believe, unless that Tower is bugged next time of course but I'm guessing most people will have completed the quest by then
