Clan Notice/ Report function Clan treasury

I noticed after i add smt. to Clan treasury that the report function don't work.
I made a News about -> Click on Send but can't see the News under Information (Notice).

Maybe more buggy too ;(

This happens occasionally to me but when I check the next day it shows the previous "missing" ones.

Just another quirk of the game I guess as it doesn't happen every time.
